Description

Request for expression of interest for consultancy services for the preparation of the Wind Power Promotion Project under the Scaling-up Renewable Energy Programme (SREP) in Zambia. 

The services included under this project are: a) undertake technical assessments on three (3) potential sites from the eight sites assessed during the ESMAP resource assessment program, b) undertake full feasibility Studies on one viable site for the development of the 40 MW grid-connected wind power plant c) undertake due diligence on the development of the regulatory framework for wind, and d) develop a techno-economic report for the proposed wind project. The works are to be undertaken over a five months’ period from contract award.
